These terms explain the use of weddingbandsmallorca.com and what happens when you contact us or arrange a free consultation. They do not replace the separate written terms for a wedding performance or event.

Who operates this website

Wedding Bands Mallorca is operated by Sedef Gencoguz, at 264 Son Net, Puigpunyent, Mallorca, Spain. For website questions or enquiries, email [email protected] or use our contact form.

Exploring your wedding music

Maya is the lead singer at every Wedding Bands Mallorca wedding, performing with different supporting musicians to suit the agreed musical arrangement. The website introduces Maya and music options for different parts of a celebration. Service names describe the music or atmosphere you may be looking for. A service name, photograph, video or example does not, by itself, confirm a particular group of musicians, repertoire, performance duration or availability for your date.

Please tell us about your date, venue and plans so we can discuss a suitable proposal. Maya’s availability and the actual supporting musicians, musical arrangements and practical requirements must be confirmed for your event.

Enquiries and free consultations

Sending an enquiry or choosing a consultation time does not reserve a wedding date, book Maya or confirm an event performance. Our free consultation is a 30-minute Zoom conversation with Maya to discuss your plans. Robert Horsfall may also join. The consultation is not a performance booking. There is no obligation to book a performance following the conversation.

The consultation link opens our page on Zoho Bookings. Its booking process provides the available times and the details of your appointment. If you need to change a consultation, use the instructions in your confirmation or contact us by email.

Agreeing a performance

Before committing to a performance, please make sure you have a written proposal and the applicable booking terms. These should identify the contracting parties and confirm your date and venue, performers and line-up, sets and timings, agreed repertoire requests, sound and technical arrangements, access and travel requirements, total price and applicable taxes or additional costs.

Payment, any reservation requirements, changes, cancellations and other performance conditions belong in that separate agreement. Nothing on this page introduces a deposit, cancellation charge or performance guarantee.

Information you provide

Please provide accurate contact and planning details, and let us know if they change. If you enquire on someone else’s behalf, share their details only when you are authorised to do so. Do not send information that is unnecessary for the enquiry, such as payment-card details or identity documents.

Photographs, recordings and other content

Photographs, performance recordings, artwork and written content may be protected by rights belonging to their respective creators and rights holders.
