Tell us about your day
Start with your wedding date, Mallorca venue or area, and the parts of the celebration you would like live music to accompany. Approximate guest numbers and a few favourite artists or songs are useful, too. Your plans do not need to be finished: an idea of the atmosphere you want is enough to begin.

Shape the music and the line-up
Explore the moments you want to cover: a personal ceremony, an easy drinks reception, jazz over conversation or an evening party. Maya leads the vocals, with supporting musicians suited to the agreed musical direction.
Service names describe the style or occasion. Your proposal sets out the actual performers, instruments and scope, so you know which musical line-up you are booking.
Agree your booking in writing
Review the proposal and booking terms before accepting. These should make the agreed performances, locations, sets, breaks, equipment and total price clear, together with payment requirements, travel, taxes and any exclusions.
Raise anything you would like explained. The written terms set out how to confirm your booking and the conditions that apply; an enquiry or consultation alone does not secure a performance.
Choose the songs that matter
Bring the personal details into the music: your ceremony entrance, a song that means something to you, or the feeling you want for your first dance. Discuss the available repertoire and how your choices work with the agreed line-up.
If you have a special request, ask about it before making it part of your plan. Suitability, arrangements and any preparation required need to be agreed; a requested song is not automatically included.
Bring the practical details together
Set the music alongside your wedding schedule. Confirm performance times, key contacts and where each part will take place. Venue access, set-up space, power, sound restrictions and an outdoor weather plan all help the music fit comfortably into your celebration.
Agree responsibilities and any relevant deadlines through your booking arrangements, keeping everyone working from the same plan.
